Yes, every repair includes a 90-day warranty on both parts and labour. Some parts come with extended coverage for up to one year. If there's ever an issue with something we fixed during that time, we'll come back and take care of it.
Is there anything I should I do before you arrive?
It's best to clear anything on or around the appliance that might be in the way. If it's a dishwasher, make sure the space under the sink is easy to access. You don't need to disconnect anything. We'll take care of the rest when we arrive.
Will you have the parts with you?
Most of the time, we have the parts needed to fix the problem on the first visit. If something less common or not in stock is required, we'll order it and come back as soon as it's in. You won't be left waiting any longer than necessary.
Do you have weekend or evening appointments?
Yes, we schedule repairs at times that are convenient for you. You can book during the day, in the evening on weekdays, or on the weekend. Our hours are 9am to 8pm Monday to Friday, 9 to 6 on Saturday, and 10 to 6 on Sunday.
