How soon can I get an appointment?
We aim to book repairs as quickly as possible. In many cases, we are already working in North Vancouver and can fit you in the same day. If not, we will offer the next available time that works for you.
Is there a warranty on your repairs?
Yes. All repairs include a 90-day warranty on parts and labour, with select parts covered for up to one year. If anything we repaired stops working during the warranty period, we will return and fix it at no cost.
What should I do before you arrive?
Make sure we can access the appliance easily. Clearing items on or around it helps speed up the visit. If it is built-in or in a tight space, that’s fine — we can work with it. You do not need to disconnect anything ahead of time.
Do you usually have the parts with you?
We carry many replacement parts for common appliance problems, so most repairs can be completed in one visit. If your appliance needs something we do not have on hand, we will order it right away and return as soon as it arrives.
Do you offer weekend or evening appointments?
Yes. We book repairs at times that work best for you. Daytime, weekday evenings, and weekends are all available. Our hours are 9 am to 8 pm Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm on Saturdays, and 10 am to 6 pm on Sundays.
