These are thermostats on the heating assembly from a compact Samsung dryer. The thermostat on the right has a tiny white button on it which resets it. If you have one of these dryers and it stops heating, this is likely the culprit. You have to remove the back cover to reset it so make sure you unplug the dryer or turn it off at the breaker before you do anything.
